How XI Fantasy Leagues Prize Payouts Work
Every winner receives their reward directly to their crypto wallet — no middlemen, no delays. All transactions are publicly verifiable on the blockchain.
What is Cryptocurrency?
Cryptocurrency is digital money secured by cryptography and recorded on a decentralised public ledger called a blockchain. Unlike bank transfers, crypto payments do not require a bank, cannot be censored, and are settled in minutes — anywhere in the world.
Bitcoin (BTC) is the original and most widely recognised cryptocurrency, launched in 2009. It is accepted globally as a store of value and a medium of exchange.
USDT (Tether) is a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar — 1 USDT ≈ $1 USD at all times. It removes price volatility while keeping the speed and transparency of blockchain payments. We send USDT over the BEP20 network (Binance Smart Chain), which has very low fees and fast confirmation times.
Two Reward Types
Bitcoin (BTC)
Sent via native Bitcoin network. Use a bech32 address starting with bc1. Confirm typically in 10–30 minutes.
⚠ Do not use an exchange wallet. Use Trust Wallet, Electrum, or a hardware wallet.
USDT (BEP20)
Sent over the Binance Smart Chain. Your address starts with 0x. Confirm typically in 3–5 seconds with minimal fees.
⚠ Do not use an exchange wallet. Use Trust Wallet or MetaMask.
The Payout Process
Season ends — leaderboard finalised
Once the last match points are calculated, the final standings are locked. All rankings are determined by total fantasy points.
Winners verified against wallet addresses
We cross-reference your leaderboard position with the wallet address saved in your profile. Make sure your wallet is saved before the season ends.
Payment sent on-chain
Rewards are sent directly to your wallet in BTC or USDT (BEP20) depending on what you registered. The transaction is broadcast to the public blockchain.
Transaction hash published
The blockchain transaction hash (TXID) for every payout is published publicly. Anyone — winners or not — can verify the payment using a blockchain explorer.
Verifying a Payout On-Chain
Every transaction on a blockchain is permanently and publicly recorded. You can verify any XI Fantasy Leagues payout using a free blockchain explorer — no account required.
How to look up a transaction:
Wallet Safety
Do not use an exchange wallet (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, etc.) as your reward address. Exchange wallets are custodial — the exchange controls your keys, and many exchanges do not support direct BEP20 deposits. If we send to an exchange address and the exchange rejects it, the funds may be lost permanently.
Use a self-custody wallet such as:
- Trust Wallet (mobile — supports both BTC and BEP20)
- MetaMask (browser extension — supports BEP20/USDT)
- Electrum (desktop — BTC only)
- Ledger / Trezor hardware wallets
Save your wallet in your profile
Rewards are sent to the wallet address saved at season close.
